Children and adults alike are invited to participate in our annual Absolutely-No-Rehearsal Children’s Christmas Pageant. How can anyone miss the opportunity to accompany angels, shepherds, magi, and a lamb or two to Bethlehem to “Ooh” and “Aah” at the wee babe in a manger.
Are the periods of time in our lives that we feel like we are in limbo just dead time, where we simply exist until something better comes along? Or are these seasons actually times of the regenerative quiet energy of life? How can we wait while we are wintering?
This is a service about being okay not being okay, and the slowing down of the season. It’s about making room for sorrow, loss and fear in what is supposed to be a season of joy and hope.
We are 3-½ months into a transitional period unlike one we’ve ever experienced before. We still have a minister, Rev.
