Finding Neplanta

In a post colonial world we are surrounded by binaries; gay or straight, black or white, conservative or liberal. However, if we as Unitarian Universalists/Progressive minded people define ourselves as what and who we are against, we have effectively become a “blue MAGA”. What if the answer lies in the space between the binaries of our lives? What if the answer lies in pre-colonial wisdom? During this sermon, we will dive into the work of Lesbian Chicana author Gloria Anzaldúa and explore how her ideas of the in between might answer our questions.
