A long time ago I spoke at High Street on “The Phu Bai Principle”- an essential truth that I learned during my time in Vietnam with the Red Cross. Fifty years after the war I again volunteered this time for a 6 month deployment with the Red Cross in Poland, assigned to an American Army Base. Essential Truths are everywhere, sometimes more clearly seen outside your comfort zone.
