Music Notes We proudly sponsored a concert given by OurSong Atlanta in our sanctuary on May 10th. This was a wonderful event, full of exciting and informative music about Rev. Dr. Pauli Murray. Turnout was good. We thank all who came and especially all of the many people who helped with arranging furniture, preparations, and resetting the sanctuary for Sunday. Especially, we thank Lisa Hargrove who masterminded all of this.

Speaking of Lisa, the church recognized her on May 18th upon her 20th anniversary year as High Street’s Choir Director. Congratulations, Lisa, and thank you for all your work over all these years — and we’re looking forward to many more!

Welcome to new choir member Christopher Murphy! (He’s also a drummer.) We also thank Danielle Ross for playing on May 11th, and Arlen Goff for leading a capella singing on May 25th.
